About
My mission is simple: to help you reconnect with yourself so you can process life's struggles and show up for yourself first.
You won't find a passive practice here. You'll find arm balances like Crow Pose, not because they look impressive, but because they are a metaphor for resilience.
When you lift your feet off the ground and find your balance on your hands, you're doing more than building physical strength. You're proving to yourself that:
You can hold yourself up, even when everything feels unstable.
Falling is just data, not a reflection of who you are or incompetency.
The wobble isn't failure—it's Feedback Attempted In Learning. It’s an opportunity to learn that instability is safe.
Physical strength becomes mental resilience. What you practice on the mat, you carry off your mat, in your life, out into the world.
Who This Is For
This space is for you if:
You've tried talking it out, but your body is still carrying what your mind can't release.
You're stuck in rumination and need something to quiet the noise—not with more thinking, but with movement.
You're navigating grief, depression, PTSD, or the aftermath of loss, and you're ready to feel your own power again.
You've lost the joy you once had in things and people, and you're looking for a way back to yourself.
You want to be challenged, not just stretched. You want to feel your strength, not just think about it.
The Invitation
You don't need to have your s*#@ together before you show up. You don't need to be "ready." You just need to be willing to move, to breathe, and to let your body remind you of what it already knows.
I'm here to guide you back to yourself—one breath, one wobble, one arm balance at a time.
Let's start with where you are … let’s flow together.
